I. REFUND CONDITIONS
1. Product return policy applies to the following cases:
  • The product is not exactly the type, model, and color as shown in the order.
  • The order does not have enough quantity and combo as ordered.
  • Faulty products caused by ADORIDEA.
  • Some other exceptions.
2. Customers are allowed to return within 3 days since receiving the product.
3. Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received.
Note: ADORIDEA does not currently support refunds due to subjective reasons from customers.

 


II. PAYMENT METHODS

1. Product exchange: ADORIDEA will exchange a new product with the same code as the faulty product.
2. Refund: In case the product to be exchanged is out of stock, ADORIDEA will refund the money. Customers can go to our store where they bought the product to receive cash back or we will support the transfer.
 

III. REFUND REGULATIONS

1. Time for customers to contact ADORIDEA for return: within 3 days since the customer receives the product.
2. Time for customers to return products: within 3 days since ADORIDEA confirms the return.
3. Return location: Customers can bring products to ADORIDEA stores or send them via express delivery.
4. If the cause of return is from ADORIDEA, the return shipping cost will be paid by us.
