We deliver to every countries. If you’re in a country you don’t see on our shipping page, email us at email contact@adoridea.com and and we’ll figure out a way to make it work!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment! During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

HOW LONG WILL PRODUCT BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?
- Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item/s is dispatched the estimated delivery time is:
US 7-10 business days
AU, CA, NZ, UK 7-12 business days
EU countries 8-12 business days
Rest of world: 9-14 business days - Delivery time will depend on the e-commerce site’s transporter if you make a purchase on e-commerce channel.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us with your name and order information, ADOR support team will be able to assist.
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it. If you have made a mistake you can return any unwanted items for a refund.
CAN I BUY IN BULK AT WHOLESALE PRICE?
You can buy bags in bulk, we offer you wholesale prices if the quantity of bags per order is 100 or more.
HOW DOES THE ADOR RESOLVE WHEN THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED DOESN'T LIKE THE SAMPLE OR HAVING MANUFACTURING ERRORS?
